Job summary

Global Studios is seeking an Executive Podcast Producer to lead the creative and editorial direction for a portfolio of shows. You will own the overall vision and guide the production team, ensuring high production quality and strategic growth across formats and platforms.

You’ll champion ambitious editorial standards, build trusted relationships with talent and agents, and collaborate across Video, Social, Marketing, Commercial and Production to expand shows into bigger brands.

Qualifications

• Strong editorial judgment and experience leading high-quality content in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience using audience data to inform creative decisions.
• Ability to lead, support and empower a production team with clarity and accountability.
• Proven track record of evolving formats and growing audiences across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Creative and editorial leadership: Set and maintain the creative and editorial direction of assigned titles, overseeing ideas and planning through production, publication and review.
• Show development and growth: Evolve formats using audience insight to deepen engagement across platforms.
• Team leadership: Lead, support and empower the production team, creating clear structures and production workflows.
• Talent relationships: Build trusted relationships with talent and agents, protecting the creative vision of each show.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Video, Social, Marketing, Commercial and Production to grow shows into bigger brands.
• New content: Partner with the development hub to pilot and launch new shows with strong editorial judgement and discipline.
