We’re looking for an Executive Producer to lead some of our most exciting entertainment podcast titles for a 12-month maternity cover period. If you want to step into a senior creative role on shows people love, this is a brilliant opportunity.

The RoleAs Executive Producer, you’ll be at the creative and editorial heart of our entertainment podcast output — leading projects from first idea to final delivery, working with talent, developing the team around you, and helping shape what we make next. • Working closely with Content Directors, Producers and Editors to deliver audio, video and social content that hits the mark.

  • Supervising Content Producers and Assistant Content Producers, delegating clearly and giving honest, constructive feedback.
  • Supporting your team's development through coaching and training.
  • Leading creative brainstorms and driving the idea development process from concept through to commission.
  • Writing compelling pitch documents and presenting ideas with confidence.
  • Staying across audience trends and using data to shape what we make next.
  • Managing project budgets, tracking spend and flagging variances early.
  • Ensuring all content meets Editorial Guidelines and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For

  • An empathetic, hands-on approach to developing the people around you.
  • A natural collaborator who brings out the best in a team.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to handle multiple priorities at pace.
  • Clear, open communication with talent, colleagues, clients and commissioners.
