Job summary

Liverpool Podcast Studios is looking for a Podcast Producer to own clients’ content from start to finish, welcoming clients into the studio and guiding sessions through post-production and delivery.

You will oversee on-site studio sessions, set up, live audio/video mixing, and provide strategic advice to ensure content lands with impact. A proactive, career-focused mindset is essential for growth within the company.

Qualifications

You're naturally warm and have an ability to make people feel comfortable.
You have a deep understanding of what makes podcasts and video content actually work, and can translate that into a whole production process for our clients.
Excellent technical skill across video, audio, lighting and post-production.
Organised, reliable and calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

Running studio sessions end to end, including setting up, live mixing the video/audio during recording, taking editing notes, and delivering post-production outputs.
Supporting clients on the day to ensure they’re comfortable and can deliver their best content, with strategic guidance on format and approach.
Contributing to the studio, services, and new ideas outside core duties with creative input.
