Herts for Learning Ltd. is looking for an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to support the Executive Headteacher/CEO with a busy, varied workload and to help ensure the smooth running of the office.
The role requires strong organisation, discretion and the ability to communicate confidently with senior leaders, Governors and external partners, and to champion safeguarding best practice. You will manage calendars, travel, and high-priority tasks with professionalism.
We are looking for an experienced, highly organised and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Executive Headteacher/CEO.
This is a key role within the organisation, supporting the Executive Headteacher/CEO with the day-to-day management of a busy and varied workload. Working closely with senior leaders, Governors and external partners, you will help ensure the smooth running of the Executive Headteacher/CEO's office and provide high-quality administrative and organisational support.
The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities, communicate confidently with a wide range of people, and work with professionalism, discretion and initiative.
