Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change (CN4C) is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to join our Resources Team in Redruth. You will support the CEO and Executive Team, coordinate governance activities, HR and finance administration, and drive organisational projects to deliver plans.
The role is initially 12-month fixed-term, 37.5 hours per week, with a salary of £32,000 per annum. You’ll work closely with Trustees, lead on process improvements and help CN4C run smoothly and confidently.

As our Executive Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with our Chief Executive Officer, Operations Director, Strategy, Learning and Development Director and Resources Director.
No two days are likely to look quite the same. You might be coordinating an important Board meeting, managing executive diaries and inboxes, making sure actions from an Executive Team meeting are progressing, supporting a recruitment process, updating project budgets, reviewing an organisational process or coordinating information for a strategic project.

This is a role for someone who doesn't just complete a task and move on. We're looking for someone who notices what needs doing, thinks ahead, asks the right questions and helps find practical solutions.
Your current job title isn't particularly important to us. You might be an Executive Assistant, Governance Officer, Business Support Manager, Office Manager, Corporate Services professional, or working in a completely different role that has given you the experience we're looking for.
What matters is your ability to organise, coordinate, communicate, exercise sound judgement and build trusted relationships.
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience of charity governance, supporting Trustees, HR administration, budget monitoring or organisational projects would be particularly useful.

The role is primarily based in Redruth, with travel to other CN4C locations where required.
You’ll need a flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the organisation, including occasional evening and weekend working.
