Job summary

Melksham Oak Community School is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Lead to provide strategic operational leadership across the school. You will oversee professional services, coordinate support functions and work with colleagues within the school and The White Horse Federation to deliver efficient, compliant operations that support educational outcomes.

This role drives non-teaching operations, ensures high standards of service delivery and compliance, and acts as the link between school

Qualifications

Experience leading non-teaching functions in a complex organisation.
Strong knowledge of compliance, health and safety, facilities, finance or administrative functions.
Excellent organisational, planning and project management skills.
Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Proactive, solution-focused approach and ability to drive change and improvement.

Responsibilities

Oversee professional services and coordinate support functions to deliver efficient operations.
Work closely with colleagues within the school and across The White Horse Federation to ensure compliant, high-quality operations.
Lead and develop teams delivering non-teaching services and embed efficient processes.
