We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to join the Executive Office team in providing professional, confidential and proactive support to the Treloar's Leadership Team.

Based in our Executive Office, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the organisation while contributing to governance, quality improvement and strategic planning. You will be highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and able to learn new systems quickly. An effective communicator, you should be very well organised and have excellent attention to detail.

We're looking for someone who is professional, discreet and customer-focused, with the confidence to use their initiative, build positive relationships across the organisation and follow up actions effectively. Experience of governance, education, charity, quality assurance or HR administration would be advantageous.

Why join us?

At Treloar's, you'll be a part of a supportive community where every role contributes to the most positive outcomes for our students. We offer excellent training and development opportunities, a friendly working environment, and the chance to make a meaningful difference.
