Twynham Learning is seeking a Senior Administration Officer to lead and coordinate administration across Twynham School and The Grange School in Christchurch. You will oversee front-of-house services, systems and event support, mentoring colleagues within a thriving admin and support staff team across both sites.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality communications, staff development and operational excellence to support two vibrant school communities within the federation.

As a result, we are seeking a Senior Administration Officer to step into this pivotal position and help lead our thriving, talented and highly valued administration and support staff teams across Twynham School and The Grange School.

In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate administration across Twynham School and The Grange School, ensuring exceptional front-of-house services, consistent systems and processes, and high-quality support for senior leaders. You will play a central part in delivering major school events, supporting trip coordination, overseeing communications and marketing, and mentoring colleagues within our thriving admin and support staff teams. Working across both schools, you will help shape a professional, welcoming and highly effective administrative environment that underpins the success of our entire federation.
