Part Time - Term-time only - Fixed-Term

The role would be 15 hours per week, spread over 5 afternoons per week. This is a temporary position starting from as soon as possible until December 2026.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrator to become part of our Executive Support Team. You will provide comprehensive administrative support in a confidential and professional environment, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately and within demanding timescales.

The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Support safeguarding procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe environment for all pupils.

  • Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with school management systems.

Whilst not in a teaching role, as an Administrator you will be working on a regular basis in a school in a role which gives opportunity for contact with children. As such, you will be in regulated activity and an enhanced DBS check (which includes children's barred list information) will be required in advance of appointment.

Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyone's responsibility. As with all College staff members, you will therefore be responsible for providing a safe environment in which children can learn.
