Job summary

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) invites applications for the Executive Programmes Officer in the Department of Health Policy. The role focuses on delivering excellent programme administration for Executive MSc programmes, supporting recruitment and communications, and ensuring smooth student progression.

You will coordinate admissions, liaise with academic staff and external partners, and contribute to planning, events and marketing while maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

  • Ability to plan and organise academic, recruitment and social events.
  • Experience in administration within Higher Education.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement in student experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of conveying complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administration of student recruitment from inquiries to admissions.
  • Deliver applicant communications and recruitment events.
  • Serve as first point of contact for students, staff and external partners.
  • Develop relationships and collaborate across the department on planning and marketing.
  • Organise key programme activities and events and support assessment/examination processes.
  • Maintain accurate student and programme records and enhance the student journey.
