Qualifications

• Significant senior clinical leadership experience at Director level or equivalent.
• Experience providing assurance and constructive challenge at Board/Executive level.
• Strong understanding of NHS statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance and patient safety across the organization.
• Provide credible assurance to the Board using data and narrative.
• Oversee compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements.
