Job summary

Home Fix Scotland is seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead the organisation through its next phase of development and deliver outstanding customer outcomes while supporting sustainable growth within the River Clyde Homes Group. The role reports to the Group Chief Executive and Home Fix Scotland Board and sits on the River Clyde Homes Executive Leadership Team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering organisational transformation.
• Experience in housing, property services, construction or related commercial environment.
• Experience of working with recognised trade unions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic direction and commercial innovation aligning with the Group vision.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance, health and safety, property compliance and risk management.
• Lead financial and resource management, transformation and performance against targets.
• Champion customer-centric service design and delivery.
• Develop a high-performing culture with staff engagement and wellbeing.
• Build internal and external relationships with the Board, executives, customers and external partners.
