Job summary

Artis Recruitment is supporting a high-profile charity in appointing a Director of People, Culture and Experience. This is a business-critical role reporting to the CEO, shaping the people strategy and ensuring the CEO operates at maximum effectiveness across Wales and Cardiff.

You will lead HR and people initiatives, partner with senior leaders and the board, and foster a culture where colleagues feel valued, heard and able to do their best work.

Qualifications

• Significant senior HR leadership experience.
• Experience supporting a high-profile senior executive.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams across a broad portfolio.
• Board-level exposure and exceptional stakeholder management.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
