You will lead HR delivery, shape staff experience, and partner with the Principal and governors to enable a high-performing workforce and exceptional student experience.

You will bring executive or board‑level experience, strong judgment and a commitment to inclusion, with a track record in people strategy, organisational development and staff

Qualifications

• Experience at executive or board level.
• Proven track record in leading people strategy and HR delivery.
• Experience in organisational development in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR function and develop a People & Culture strategy.
• Work closely with the Principal and governors to enable high performance and student experience.
• Champion staff engagement, wellbeing and organisational development across the organisation.
