Job summary

Halfords Group plc is seeking a Head of Change- Enterprise Transformation to lead the change agenda across a major transformation portfolio, spanning Retail, Autocentres, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital. Based at the Worcestershire site, you will build readiness, manage adoption risk and ensure benefits are realized.

You will lead an established Change team, partner with Project Directors and Executive Sponsors, and drive enterprise-wide change execution with a focus on sustainable business

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business change across large, complex portfolios.
• Proven experience delivering major technology-enabled transformations (ERP).
• Ability to set methods for major programmes and influence stakeholders.
• Experience landing change across multi-site populations.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise change strategy and framework across the transformation portfolio.
• Lead and develop the team of Change Managers across major programmes.
• Build an integrated change roadmap and manage overlapping initiatives.
• Embed change into programme design from the outset with sponsors.
• Set readiness criteria and track adoption to sustained outcomes.
• Own transition into business-as-usual and report readiness to Executives.
