Job summary

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a project-led role to oversee the estate and capital development agenda at the Trust. You will provide senior leadership across the estate, manage capital schemes and space planning, and work with clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver safe, modern facilities for patients and staff.

The successful candidate will have masters or postgraduate degree in project management or construction, strong leadership, and experience

Qualifications

• Masters or postgraduate degree in project management or construction.
• Managerial and senior project experience.
• Knowledge of NHS capital management, H&S and financial aspects.

Responsibilities

• Lead estate and capital development agenda for SFH NHS.
• Oversee capital and minor works schemes and space management.
• Provide senior leadership and technical advice across the organisation.
• Develop relationships with clinical and non-clinical leaders.
• Drive energy, creativity and continuous improvement for patient care environments.
