Arbeitsagentur is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operations of a new 222-key hotel in London from inception through opening. You will drive high standards, recruit and train a capable team, and coordinate with other departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role emphasizes governance, sustainability, and a strong onboarding program as the hotel launches and scales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping for a 222-key hotel from pre-opening to full operation
• Develop and implement housekeeping policies and standards
• Recruit, train and manage a housekeeping team
• Establish quality assurance and conduct regular inspections
• Manage budgets including labour, supplies and equipment
• Liaise with Front Office, Maintenance and Guest Services
• Implement sustainable cleaning practices
• Develop staff scheduling and workload management
• Monitor inventory of supplies, linens and equipment
• Handle guest complaints professionally
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Lead pre-opening setup, induction and training
• Report to senior management on performance and recommendations
