Job summary

Horder Healthcare seeks an accomplished Hospital Director to lead The McIndoe Centre (East Grinstead) with cross-site oversight at The Horder Centre (Crowborough). You will report to the Chief Executive and provide executive leadership across quality, safety, governance and clinical operations.

The role focuses on maximizing financial and operational performance, delivering outstanding patient experience and clinical outcomes, and shaping strategic change with Boards and executive teams.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in healthcare management, business, leadership or related discipline.
• Evidence of current NMC/HCPC registration or equivalent.
• Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).
• Leadership/management qualification or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• Understanding of healthcare regulation, governance and quality standards.
• Demonstrable knowledge of financial management and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for The McIndoe Centre, maximizing financial and operational performance.
• Deliver exceptional patient experience and outstanding clinical outcomes through effective leadership of operational teams.
• Provide executive leadership for TMC and for clinical support services across TMC.
• Work with Boards and Executive Teams to drive organisational change and governance.
