Job summary

The McIndoe Centre seeks an executive leader to oversee quality, safety, governance and clinical care across a multi-site NHS provider. You report to the Chief Executive and act as Registered Manager for CQC, driving performance and patient experience.

You will steer financial and operational outcomes, lead clinical support services and shape care excellence in line with NHS strategy, supported by a cross-functional leadership team and strong board engagement.

Qualifications

Significant senior leadership experience within healthcare.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
Financial accountability for large budgets.
Knowledge of healthcare regulation and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Formulate and implement a business plan aligned with HH strategy and KPIs.
Drive hospital performance against plan and KPIs; control costs.
Establish a culture of continuous quality improvement and ensure Good CQC ratings.
Engage with internal/external partners and ensure fit with business needs and culture.
Provide leadership of clinical support services delivering high quality, cost-effective care.
