Innsworth Schools’ Partnership invites applications for a Headteacher to lead Innsworth Infant and Junior Schools from September 2026. The successful candidate will inspire a dedicated staff and sustain high standards across a broad balanced curriculum with strong pastoral care.

The postholder will work with governors to drive strategic school improvement, ensure safeguarding, and maintain close links with local communities. Visits are welcome on 23 Feb or 25 Feb; closing date noon 27 Feb 2026.

Following the previous postholder moving on, the Governors are looking to appoint a creative, energetic and caring Headteacher who will lead our successful schools into the future.

The successful candidate will inherit a dedicated, experienced and committed staff team with a broad balance of curriculum and pastoral expertise. They will also enjoy excellent administrative support, and the support of the governing body and committed senior leaders. We also have links with local churches, nearby Imjin Barracks (home to ARRC NATO) and our local secondary schools.
