Job summary

Clear Drains UK, a profitable, long-established SME, seeks a hands-on Head of Commercial & Operations (MD) to lead the business into its next chapter. You will work with the Board to shape strategy, deploy growth plans and oversee a field-based service operation with experienced crews.

The role requires senior SME leadership, strong commercial acumen, and a practical management style. Location is Berkshire/Buckinghamshire borders; salary £85,000–£90,000 plus executive benefits.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with SME/contractor experience.
• Strong commercial focus with revenue growth responsibility.
• Experience leading field-based or frontline operations.
• Proven ability to manage bids, tenders and contracts.
• Solid health & safety, governance and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities
