Job summary

Collins King & Associates seeks a Head Chef to lead the kitchens of a prestigious 5 Star hotel in Central London. You will ensure outstanding culinary standards across multiple outlets and support the hotel's renowned reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef in a multi-outlet high-end hotel.
• Seasonal British/European cuisine knowledge.
• Ability to lead a large brigade across multiple kitchens.
• Strong understanding of food costing, GP, stock control and labour.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen teams across multiple outlets.
• Maintain high culinary standards to protect the hotel's reputation.
• Train and retain a large brigade of Chefs and coordinate across kitchens.
• Promote company values and collaborate with departmental leadership.
