Job summary

Stafffinders' Client, a prestigious 5-star hotel, is seeking a Head Chef to lead the culinary direction across multiple kitchens. The role combines significant autonomy with responsibility for inspiring the team, delivering exceptional dining experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality using locally sourced Scottish produce.

You will design seasonal menus, mentor chefs, manage food costs and budgets, ensure HACCP compliance, and drive consistent service across all outlets

Qualifications

• Previous Head Chef or Executive Chef experience in luxury hospitality
• Experience leading a multi-Rosette kitchen
• Creative approach to menu development
• Passion for exceptional food quality and guest experiences
• Strong leadership to mentor and inspire kitchen teams
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards
• Experience managing kitchen budgets, food costs, and stock control

Responsibilities

• Inspire, develop, and manage the kitchen team across multiple kitchens
