You will shape digital transformation agendas and champion AI-enabled solutions, working in a two-in-a-box partnership with a Delivery Partner to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Retail and Consumer Goods sector.
• Experience negotiating master service contracts, pricing structures, and long-term agreements.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Growth: Define and execute sales strategies and account plans to drive rapid business expansion and high-quality revenue growth.
• Executive Relationship Management: Foster trusted, consultative relationships with senior client executives and CxOs to influence their digital agenda.
• Consultative Solutioning: Translate complex business challenges into innovative technology solutions at the intersection of design, engineering, and data.
• Full Sales Lifecycle Ownership: Manage lead generation, solution shaping, contracting, staffing, and governance for large transformational deals.
• Sector Thought Leadership: Provide advisory expertise on Retail and Consumer trends, staying abreast of emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ecosystem Orchestration: Champion partnerships with relevant technology firms and internal service lines to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
