Job summary

York St John University is seeking a confident CPD and Executive Education Manager to grow Executive Education. You will manage opportunities from enquiry through delivery, developing high-quality CPD and bespoke programmes to meet employer needs.

You will work closely with academic Schools and Professional Services to assess opportunities, develop proposals, support pricing and contribute market insight for portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects, programmes, partnerships or business development from concept to delivery.
• Experience developing services or programmes in response to customer or employer needs.
• Strong relationship-building, communication and influencing skills with senior leaders and partners.
• Experience contributing to budgets, pricing or costings and monitoring financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of CPD and Executive Education opportunities from enquiry to delivery.
• Develop high-quality CPD, short courses and bespoke programmes meeting employer needs.
• Collaborate with academic schools and professional services to craft proposals and pricing.
