Job summary

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes requires an Executive Driver (to CEO) / Regional Support Assistant to transport the CEO across the UK and provide executive, operational and administrative support. The role calls for a highly organised, confidential, and flexible individual capable of working independently.

In addition to driving, you will assist the CEO and regional teams with logistics, projects, and visits, while representing Hallmark professionally at all times.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license with a clean record.
• Significant driving experience with safety focus.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Flexible hours and travel readiness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High integrity, discretion and confidentiality.
• Comfortable working independently and using initiative.
• Good knowledge of UK road networks (South West England, South Wales).
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support a broad range of tasks.
• Experience driving senior executives or VIPs; basic IT skills.
• Experience supporting operational teams across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the CEO to and from meetings, care homes, events and other engagements across the UK.
• Plan journeys efficiently, considering traffic, weather and travel schedules.
• Maintain company vehicle cleanliness, safety and roadworthiness.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks, servicing, MOTs and repairs.
• Assist with loading/unloading and transporting business materials.
• Be flexible to schedule changes and short-notice travel.
• Provide a professional, discreet service at all times.
• Support occasional evening and weekend travel.
• Drive other Executive Team members when required.
