Qualifications

• Senior leader with experience in super-prime residential property or UHNW households.
• MRICS qualification strongly preferred; equivalent senior-level experience considered.
• Comfortable engaging principals, family offices and advisers and translating technical detail into concise advice.

Responsibilities

• Strategic development of the Private Residences division and portfolio.
• Act as trusted point of contact for principals, family offices and advisers.
• Oversee maintenance, compliance, projects, budgets and supplier performance for the portfolio.
• Lead Account Managers, property professionals and in-house housekeeping team.
• Build strategic partnerships with suppliers across London's super-prime market.
