J.P. Morgan is seeking an executive leader for Risk Technology UI & Workflow Platforms, based in Glasgow.

You will direct a technical area, drive impact across teams and projects, and govern product decisions with a focus on delivery and adoption across the organisation. You will lead cross-functional technologists, shape platform capabilities, and partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions while promoting an inclusive, diverse culture.

Qualificações

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and demonstrable expert experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technologists and delivering complex software platforms.
• Proven track record as a Technical Product Owner or Technical Product Manager.
• Understanding of platform architecture and development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.

• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional objectives.
• Decides on resources, budget, and operational execution for processes and procedures.
• Develops and maintains a product roadmap with planned features and enhancements.
