Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
• Experience leading cross-functional technologist teams.
• Track record building or guiding technical platforms and adoption.
• Experience as Technical Product Owner/Manager.

Responsibilities

• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
• Makes decisions that influence resources, budget, operations, and process execution.
• Develops and maintains a product roadmap outlining planned features and enhancements.
• Monitors product performance and user feedback to identify improvements and drive decisions.
• Carries governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership and maintainability.
• Delivers technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains.
