Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of Banking sales / business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas selling to risk-focused divisions in banks.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to financial institutions, including risk models, ICAAP and Basel IV/CRR III.

Aufgaben

• Set and execute the sales strategy for Financial Services prospects and allocated accounts.
• Build advisory relationships with senior and C-level client executives to anchor long-term engagements.
• Understand Evalueserve's solutions to identify target audiences and opportunities.
• Attend client meetings with Sales/Ops to expand reach and deepen relationships.
• Connect client programs to identify new opportunities and competitive inputs.
• Understand the competitive landscape and gather inputs on competition.
• Lead, coach, and mentor teams within a matrixed organization; travel as needed.
