You will manage and develop a local team, set direction, mentor junior talent, and partner with trading stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics and robust performance.

Qualificações

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Math, Physics, Engineering, CS, Quant Finance).
• Experience in front-office quantitative research for rates/derivatives.
• End-to-end model development from research to production.
• Strong modeling documentation and governance experience.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Proficiency in Python and/or C++ for production-quality research.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-office quantitative research for rates trading models.
• Collaborate with trading desks to translate ideas into production-ready solutions.
• Develop pricing and risk models for structured rates products.
• Automate workflows, ensure scalability and controls.
• Mentor and develop a local team; coordinate with EMEA stakeholders.
• Produce model documentation and support risk governance reviews.
