Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks an Executive Director Quantitative Trader within the Rates team. You will combine deep market expertise with quantitative and technology capabilities to develop and execute trading strategies across Global Rates.

You will partner with QTR, Technology and other trading teams to implement systematic pricing, execution, hedging and risk management, identify opportunities, and advance analytics that enhance performance and franchise growth.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline (Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, CS or Finance).
Extensive experience within Rates Trading or related Front Office function.
Strong knowledge of global interest rate markets, including cash and derivatives.
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quantitative and systematic trading strategies for Rates trading.
Improve pricing, execution, hedging and portfolio construction through data-driven analysis.
Collaborate with QTR to develop models and trading algorithms.
Monitor market structure and trading data to drive efficiency and competitive advantage.
Partner with Technology to build trading, risk management and analytics infrastructure.
Track trading performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Support electronification and automation of Rates trading workflows.
