Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Electronic Client Solutions Analyst/Associate to manage electronic onboarding and client connectivity within the Equities Client Connectivity Product team.

You will partner with sales, trading, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring seamless integration and expansion of our execution offering. You will build your technical expertise, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the team’s success in a fast-paced, client-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience with equities electronic execution products and order routing.

Responsibilities

• Manage electronic onboarding and client connectivity processes from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with sales, traders, and product teams to deliver tailored electronic solutions.
• Liaise between internal and external teams to expedite FIX connection and certification requests.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate enhancements for algorithmic connectivity and routing.
• Drive end-to-end product delivery and expansion with cross-functional teams.
