Job summary

J.P. Morgan International Private Bank in London seeks an Executive Director to lead Goals-Based Planning and Engage for the EMEA region from its London office.

You will elevate advisor delivery quality, consistency, and commercial impact across markets, reporting to IPB Head of Planning and Personalisation. Reqs include senior advisory experience, asset allocation expertise for UHNW clients, and a track record of driving scalable, compliant advisory solutions with strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience in asset allocation for complex portfolios.
• Portfolio analytics and risk management concepts understanding.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear guidance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and facilitate training sessions to help advisors strengthen their skills in goals-based planning and the advisory framework.
• Reinforce advisory-based approach during team discussions and internal meetings.
• Participate in prospect and client meetings.
• Collaborate with regional teams to guide advisor groups in presenting wealth planning analyses.
