Job summary

Brevan Howard Asset Management in London seeks a senior Executive & Desktop Support Leader to partner with portfolio managers and senior stakeholders, delivering white-glove support and strategic EUC initiatives in a hedge fund environment.

You will lead the London desktop support engineers, own the Windows 11 EUC platform, and drive continual improvement, risk mitigation, and zero trading disruption during market hours.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years’ desktop support experience in hedge funds or front-office trading environments.
• Proven executive presence with credibility in front of C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong incident management, SLA discipline, and ServiceNow proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the London desktop support engineers and coach the team.
• Own EUC strategy, Windows 11 platform, and modernization initiatives.
• Deliver high-touch VIP support to portfolio managers and executives.
• Maintain strict SLA adherence and proactive incident remediation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and networking teams.
• Leverage AI tooling (Claude) to accelerate troubleshooting and tasks.
