The Executive Director, Creative will lead the creative and design teams for an industry-leading AI client, ensuring that large-scale solutions meet and exceed client needs while elevating the brand’s design aesthetic and impact.

You will work with the leadership team to define strategy, drive creative vision, mentor talent, and deliver digital experiences across web, e-commerce, and content.

Responsibilities

• Formulate the company's future direction for an industry-leading AI client, strategy, vision, and business plan.
• Directly supervise the Creative team to ensure high performance.
• Hire, retain, and develop top creative talent and foster a collaborative culture.
• Oversee digital experiences from conception through implementation.
• Partner with cross-functional client teams to define project strategy and translate into creative concepts.
• Deliver engaging presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across departments.
