Job Function Summary

The global Branding & Communications team is responsible for crafting and deploying branding, marketing and communications strategies for Millennium and WorldQuant. This role provides the opportunity to support the team in London. This is a unique opportunity for a talented, organized individual to work alongside an innovative team, with exposure to branding, marketing and communications in the alternative investment management industry.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Branding & Communications team across all branding and communications activity globally.
  • Assist with planning and coordination of both internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain tracking sheets related to regional engagements and internal projects.
  • Facilitate arrangements for internal projects taking place across EMEA and APAC including liaising with relevant stakeholders, coordinating calendars, booking meeting spaces and sending out invites.
  • Assist with development of a range of materials including presentations, digital content, and creative content capture.
  • Prepare materials and documents for meetings, and take detailed meeting notes where required.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion of a highly confidential nature.
  • Other related projects and duties of similar nature, as requested.

Qualifications/Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a corporate environment.
  • Executive Assistant/Administrative Experience.
  • Exposure to brand marketing/creative content development.
  • Direct brand strategy or communications experience a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and cooperative personality.
  • Excellent team player with a strong willingness to participate and anticipate the needs of others.
  • Quick learner and detail oriented; demonstrable thoroughness and strong ownership of work.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and computer-based programs.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast moving and constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency.
  • The role could be flexible/partly-remote depending on the candidate, following a period of training.
