Qualifications

• Applicants should have 2-4 years' PQE within an executive compensation, incentives or share plans practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of incentive arrangements and executive remuneration.
• Experience advising on incentives aspects of corporate transactions.
• Exposure to tax, corporate governance and regulatory issues relating to compensation arrangements.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
• Ability to manage matters with increasing autonomy in a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on broad executive compensation and incentive matters for partner and client matters.
• Contribute to governance, regulatory, tax and governance discussions for remuneration.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, remuneration committees and institutional investors.
