Mishcon de Reya seeks an experienced incentives and remuneration specialist to join our Remuneration and Incentives team in London. You will advise on equity incentives and remuneration structures, working across employment taxes, corporate transactions and cross-border matters.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee incentives and share plans is essential.
• Background in employment taxes or corporate work is helpful.
• Strong drafting and written communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement remuneration and incentive structures for clients.
• Advise on equity incentives and related governance considerations.
• Assist clients in relation to ongoing reward planning as their businesses scale.
• Collaborate across departments on cross-border and M&A-related incentive matters.
