Job summary

Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is seeking an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. You will inspire teams, develop menus for residents, and uphold exceptional dining standards that feel like a hug on a plate.

You will manage shifts, train staff, ensure food safety, and collaborate with regional teams to deliver outstanding service and a warm home-from-home experience.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering or hospitality in a Head Chef role.
• Appropriate qualifications.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of food hygiene.
• Attention to detail and commercial acumen.
• DBS checks will be conducted as part of safe recruitment.
• Health & Social Care Act 2008 understanding is advantageous.
