Executive Chef - Catering

Salary: £60,000-£70,000

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef from the Catering and Events world to lead culinary operations across a variety of events and service offerings. This role requires a creative vision, strong leadership, and the ability to oversee diverse kitchen functions in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and supervise all kitchen operations across multiple events.
• Develop and execute menus that align with brand standards and client expectations.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all culinary offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams on event planning, logistics, and execution.
• Manage kitchen staff, scheduling, and overall team performance.
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Proven leadership in culinary environments, within catering or large-scale food production.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly, problem-solve, and think creatively under pressure.
