The Chinese Executive Chef should speak Mandarin well to talk with guests and kitchen staff.Knowing Thai and Korean is a big plus.You also need to be good at Microsoft Excel and Word to help with menus, costs, and paperwork.This job includes lots of travel across Europe, perfect for a passionate and experienced Chinese Executive Chef.
