Base pay range

White Rabbit Projects is supporting our partners at Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts in their search for the next Executive Head Chef at the Slieve Donard Resort and Spa. This Victorian hotel is set in six acres of private grounds, bordered by a beach and the Royal County Down golf course. It features one of Europe's finest resort spas and is ideal for short breaks, conferences, or events. Join us during this exciting growth phase.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of food quality and service across all outlets.
• Develop and implement food strategies to improve operations.
• Motivate, train, and inspire team members to reach their potential.
• Manage food costs, margins, and wastage to meet budget targets.

Requirements

• Current Executive Chef experience in a multi-outlet resort hotel.
• Ability to analyze data, forecast, and achieve budget goals.
• Proven leadership, training, and team inspiration skills.
• Experience maintaining consistency at high volume.
• Desire to grow within an award-winning restaurant group.
