The Waldorf Astoria Admiralty Arch is seeking an Executive Chef to join the pre-opening team for this luxury hotel opening in early 2026.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef to support the launch of one of London's most anticipated hotels.
The hotel will be housed in the historic Admiralty Arch, a Grade I listed building located at the end of The Mall, opposite Buckingham Palace.
In collaboration with Hilton and Reuben Brothers, the project features 112 rooms and suites, including a VIP two-bedroom suite with views of Buckingham Palace and Trafalgar Square, a rooftop terrace, and a ground-floor terrace overlooking St James's Park.
The hotel will boast world-class dining with restaurants led by renowned chefs Clare Smyth MBE and Daniel Boulud, each holding seven Michelin stars.
Additional amenities include a spa, a 320-capacity ballroom, residential apartments, and a private members' club, blending historic preservation with luxury.
As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations, working closely with Food & Beverage and Events teams to deliver exceptional cuisine and experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury hospitality, extensive experience in Michelin-starred environments or top 5* hotels, preferably in London.
