We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at The Cadogan. This position will play a key role in evolving our F&B concepts, relaunching our food and beverage offerings, and shaping the future of dining at The Cadogan.

The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and efficiency.

  1. Kitchen Management: Oversee all kitchen operations for smooth service.
  2. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
  3. Scheduling: Create work schedules balancing staffing and costs.
  4. Standards Maintenance: Ensure quality and presentation of all food.
  5. Menu Development: Design innovative menus considering seasonality, cost, and customer preferences.
  6. Food Preparation & Quality Control: Oversee food prep and monitor quality at all stages.
  7. Budgeting & Inventory: Manage costs, supplies, and vendor relations.
  8. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure health & safety standards and report on performance metrics.
  9. Guest Interaction: Engage with guests for feedback and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading kitchen teams in luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and culinary skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
