Job summary

Restaurant Associates in London is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a high-profile culinary operation near Liverpool Street. You will own the kitchen, creating bespoke menus and driving culinary concepts across premium hospitality, private dining and staff dining.

You'll manage a 14-strong kitchen team, build strong client relationships, respond to last-minute requests, and oversee food costing, budgets and commercial performance while delivering exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in hospitality
• Proven leadership and client-facing skills
• Strong budgeting and cost control

Executive Chef - High-profile culinary operation in London, close to Liverpool Street Station

We're looking for a creative, flexible and commercially savvy Executive Chef with a genuine passion for food and people.

With a 3 million annual turnover, the site delivers premium hospitality, private dining, staff dining and two high-end caf s. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a growing operation and make a real impact. You'll lead a growing 14-strong kitchen team, delivering exceptional food across hospitality, private dining and staff dining.

A key part of the role is building strong client relationships. We're looking for a proactive and adaptable, always looking for ways to exceed client expectations and bring their ideas to life.

You'll also:

• Lead and develop the kitchen team.
