A leading animation studio is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and the Executive Board. The role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The position is full-time with a fixed-term contract, offering a blend of office and remote work. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess strong problem-solving skills.
Start Date: Late July 2025
Contract: 9-12 months fixed-term contract (some flexibility may be required around the end date, as this is a maternity cover)
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Mondays – Fridays
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: Gas Ferry Road & Aztec West Bristol, with some remote working to be agreed with your Line Manager (minimum 3 days in the office)
To provide senior-level EA and secretarial support to the Managing Director (MD) and, as required, the wider Executive Board (EB). Additionally, to facilitate effective communication between the EB, Trustees, Partner Representative Group (PRG), and the rest of the company.
To be the initial point of contact for all enquiries directed to the Managing Director, coordinate and minute quarterly EB and Trustee meetings, track actions, collate Director Board reports, coordinate online Town Hall meetings for all Partners/Staff, and compile presentation content.
You will manage diaries for the Managing Director, Co-Founder/Creative Director, and the wider Executive Board as required.
Essential skills include excellent attention to detail, diary management, written communication, high PC literacy including proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Teams, good database management skills using Excel, and experience creating PowerPoint presentations with audio and visual content.
