A leading animation studio is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director and Executive Board. This full-time role involves managing communications, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools. The position offers flexibility with remote working options, requiring at least three days in the office.
Start Date: Late July 2025
Contract: 9-12 months fixed-term contract (flexibility around the end date may be required, as this is a maternity cover)
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Mondays – Fridays
Salary: Depending on experience
Location: Gas Ferry Road & Aztec West Bristol, with some remote working to be agreed (minimum 3 days in the office)
To provide senior-level Executive Assistant and secretarial support to the Managing Director (MD) and, as required, the wider Executive Board (EB). The role includes facilitating effective communication between the EB, Trustees, Partner Representative Group (PRG), and the rest of the organization.
To serve as the initial contact for all inquiries to the MD, coordinate and minute quarterly EB and Trustee meetings, track actions, collate Director Board reports, organize online Town Hall meetings for staff and partners, and compile presentation content.
Diary management for the MD, Co-Founder/Creative Director, and the wider EB as needed.

Candidates should have substantial experience as a PA/Assistant or equivalent at senior management or director level. Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information effectively, are essential.
You should possess excellent attention to detail, diary management, and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to work. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint (including multimedia content creation) is required.
