  • Experience as assistant/coordinator in fast-paced creative environments.
  • Interest in fashion/beauty/talent representation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly under pressure.
  • Proactive and anticipates needs.
  • Professional when communicating with artists, clients and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the MD.
  • Manage diary, meetings, calls and appointments.
  • Coordinate artist bookings and travel.
  • Prepare estimates, deal memos and booking docs.
  • Support financial administration of bookings.
  • Liaise with colleagues across The Wall Group and WME.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
