Overview

A fast-paced international organisation in the accountancy and professional services sector is seeking a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Global CEO.

Salary

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + benefits

Flexible working: One day per week in the London (East Croydon) office

Career Development

  • Exposure to international operations and senior leadership
Day to day
  • Combines classic EA/PA responsibilities, such as managing the Global CEO’s inbox and calendar, and coordinating travel.
  • You’ll play a key role in stakeholder meetings (often spanning India to New York), ensuring follow-up and accountability across multiple projects.
  • Drive internal project coordination across global teams.
